You can not become Police officer after 10th. To become Police officer, you should have passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university. You have to apply IPS exam which is conducted by UPSC every year.

a) Height-Minimum acceptable height is 157.5 cm relaxable to 1.52 cm in case of Gorkhas, Assamese, Garhwalis etc.

b) Weight - Weight should be proportionate to the height for 157.5 on height, minimum weight should be 49.5 Kg. For every additional 2.5 cm in height the weight should be on an average 1.5 Kg more.

For, Sub Inspector in Police, the minimum physical requirements is: Minimum height should be 165 cms for males whereas it should be 157 cms for females (There is an exemption of 5 cms for hillmen and tribals)
